Nishi is a product leader with experience across a wide range of industries, technologies, and business models; from HR Tech to IoT and from B2B SaaS to D2C brands. She’s passionate about building products that can delight users and change their lives. Her leadership style focuses on marrying psychological safety with solid processes and strategies to deliver consistent results. She’s worked across all stages of companies - from being the founding product manager to helping later stage companies scale their teams and delivery. She’s passionate about data-informed decision making, increasing the representation of overlooked individuals within tech, and finding empathy-driven ways to encourage both company and product growth.

Nishi enjoys collaborating with teams of all sizes and backgrounds to get results through a people-first approach. She enjoys both strategic and tactical work and leans on her systems-thinking approach to develop product strategies that fit seamlessly within a business’s needs. Most recently, she’s worked at The Mom Project, Mode Analytics, and Raised Real. When she’s not at work, you can find her at the beach with her partner and two lovable pups.
