No stranger to technical products and loads of data - she effortlessly bridges the gap between what customers are saying + doing, what the business needs and partnering with engineering + design to get it done right. Kara enjoys every aspect of product management - not just building great products, but building successful product strategies and empowered product teams. She thrives on tough challenges and always has a positive attitude to keep teams happy and efficient. She strongly believes that empowered people built impactful products, knowing the why behind the what and getting the right things done.

She has an MBA from the University of Illinois with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Creative Innovation and loves using her skills to bring the best out of individuals and teams. If she’s not at her computer she’s likely reading a book or playing with her dog Luna.
